TEEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS IN THE ALPS
The Alps, with snowy peaks and glaciers, forested valleys, fast flowing rivers and Alpine lakes, inspire awe and provide a perfect location for young people to become thoughtful, impactful, and inspiring leaders. Participants explore their leadership styles, take on active leadership roles, build self-confidence, resilience, independence and perseverance all while engaged in a wide range of exciting outdoor adventure activities and learning opportunities.
Learn to Lead
Instructors begin a course with the essentials of leadership- communication, cooperation, decision making, and overcoming adversity. Students take on specific roles within the group, are designated as leaders for the day, plan routes, assess risks, and lead activites.
Develop Skills
Students learn and develop a wide range of skills that will stay with them their entire lives. These are focused on independence and self-sufficiency in challenging environments and include camping, cooking, first aid, risk awareness, and navigation among others.
Be Adventurous
Our courses take place around Mont Blanc, taking in Switzerland, France and Italy. We integrate a fully supported expedition with all the Alps has to offer- rock climbing, via ferrata, e-biking, white water rafting, kayaking, charming villages, cultural activities, and more.
